Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position providing end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Elmhurst, IL area. This role includes a $10,000 first‑year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year.
Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning.
- Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for.
- Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
- Work independently while collaborating as needed, and travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state where you work.
- At least two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to patient locations.

The low end of the salary range reflects base pay plus the first‑year success bonus. The high end includes productivity bonuses and additional shift work that is paid at a premium (e.g., after‑hours, weekend, on‑call). Compensation potential varies by market.
Background and EligibilitySuccessful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is required; the screening process includes medical and recreational marijuana testing.
