Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensures food safety and inventory management;

Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions and product quality;
Be an Owner:
Maintains work area and ensures quality and date control for bakery items; secures fragile merchandise; eliminates waste; helps customers with purchasing decisions;
