Job Overview

Bilingual in Spanish preferred. The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer’s in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and serve as a subject‑matter expert on technical and product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Stay aware of competitors and their offerings.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Base pay range of $56,000 – $64,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
