We are seeking Forklift Operators in Northlake, IL. Direct hire with benefits and PTO eligibility day 1. We have multiple shifts and days off available.

• Utilize manifest to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle materials includes picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other related duties; ensure timeliness, proper packaging, and accurate systems.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, following TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink-wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, occasional weekends.
• Read and comprehend work instructions well; good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted; must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

• 1 year experience with sit-down forklift.
• 1 year warehouse experience.

Position requires standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Use of pallet jacks and forklifts is required.

$20-$22 hourly depending on shift

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
