OverviewUnder the direction of the Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations, provide coaching, training, and performance management to personnel, and ensure that operations meet company standards and customer service specifications.
Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations.
- Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes and ensure they meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, and coordinate activities of the workforce to ensure optimal shift and team logistics.
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indication (KPI).
- Work in collaboration with customers in all aspects of operations.
- Regularly meet with team members, collectively and individually, to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize success.
- Cultivate team spirit through Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Carry out performance evaluations of team members and recommend performance awards and/or merit increases when appropriate.
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process.
- Understand labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations with all employees.
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company rules and policies.
- Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Lead Hands, giving them necessary information, technology, and materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- One (1) or more years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- Zero to one (1) year of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.

Competitive salary of $65,000 annually, paid twice per month. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
