Forklift Operator

We are seeking Forklift Operators in Northlake, IL. Multiple shifts and days off are available. Direct hire with benefits and PTO eligibility from day 1.

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) during receipt and staging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other specified equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink-wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun is required.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekends.
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well.
• Must be able to work well with others with little supervision.
• High attention to detail required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• 1 year experience with sit‑down forklift and 1 year warehouse experience required.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods. Employees must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, bend, and lift objects above their head. Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

$20‑$22 hourly depending on shift. This range is the anticipated starting salary; the company may adjust based on market conditions and location.
