Responsibilities
- Keep building premises clean and orderly by performing the duties of a janitorial position.
- Move and lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb ladders to heights of 20 feet or more as required.
- Operate equipment typically used in janitorial work, such as power buffers, carpet cleaning equipment, and pressure washers.
- Be knowledgeable about material safety data sheets and use proper protective equipment to perform duties.
- Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
