We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to clean and maintain restrooms and common areas in a commercial building. This position includes cleaning men’s and women’s bathrooms from the 5th floor through the 2nd floor, as well as the fitness center, common areas, and lobby level.

• Clean and sanitize men’s and women’s restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, dispensers)
• Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize fitness center equipment and surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and lobby
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Keep cleaning carts, storage areas, and work stations clean and organized at all times
• Report maintenance issues or supply shortages

• Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must speak English
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
