Dent Wizard is seeking a skilled Auto Body Paint Technician to deliver high‑quality reconditioning services to customers across 43 states. The role is commission‑based with uncapped earning potential.

• Travel to customer locations to perform paint touch‑ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to a flawless standard.
• Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Commission‑based position with uncapped earning potential.
• First‑year earning potential: $50,000–$75,000.
• Long‑term earning potential: $70,000–$150,000+.
