A day in the life:
In the electrifying role of Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently on 2nd Shift
. Lead, energize, and inspire your shift team as you tackle all aspects of maintenance, from utilities to processing, packaging, and facilities. Be the proactive catalyst who identifies, plans, and resolves any challenges that arise, ensuring seamless operations on your shift. You’ll be at the forefront of executing our dynamic maintenance strategy, working closely with both management and team members on the floor to supercharge developments and fuel continuous improvements.

- Shift Management, Leadership and Decision Making – Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team.
- Follow through on plans provided by management and pass down any updates for the following shift. Train and document new/temporary employees in their areas.
- Enforce company policies, and ensure maintenance personnel follow SOPs and guidelines in key areas such as logging spare parts removed from parts crib, follow preventative maintenance schedules, and advise upper management in a timely fashion when concerns are observed of maintenance problems.
- Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting – document and report any abnormalities. Monitor utilities areas, production areas, and facilities areas.
- Ensure completion of shift’s assignments with complete thoroughness and ensure all parts used and any findings are properly reported. Troubleshoot equipment problems with maintenance team and be engaged in all areas.
- Process Improvements – provide input to changes, work with vendors or contractors on issues. Collaborate with management to improve reliability and efficiency of equipment. Support the maintenance department improvements through supporting the initiatives.
- Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Electrical, Mechanical or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired:
Between 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance, technical, manufacturing leadership role - Additional Experience Desired: of experience in Computer Skills Desired: MS Office, especially in Excel. Knowledge of maintenance programs such as Reliability Centered
- Maintenance 2, Total Quality Management (TQM), Trusted Platform Module (TPM), or Maintenance Excellence preferred
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role:
Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) such as Fix, Hippo, e-Maint, Assert Manager, etc. preferred.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$71,000—$95,000 USD
