- Previous Experience as a Maintenance Director preferred
- Ability to read and write in English, write and follow oral instructions in English, as well as understand labels and safety instructions and other department policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform, and working knowledge of, routine plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, grounds keeping tasks including painting, wallpapering, and shoveling snow.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items weighing approximately 50-75 pounds.
- Must be fully vaccinated
