WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations and ensure safe, efficient plant performance. You will plan and supervise maintenance tasks, review procedures, inspect equipment, coordinate with Operations, and manage staff and outside contractors in accordance with company safety standards.
The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a power plant or similar setting, technical degree, and CMMS proficiency.
