This is more than a maintenance role. Basic work schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays. (Two days off during the week.) Exact hours may vary based on building and emergency needs. The Building Superintendent is expected to carry a phone 24 hours per day and respond to emergencies as needed.
