Maintenance​/Janitorial

We are seeking a full‑time Maintenance/Janitorial Technician to provide top‑notch services to our Indiana Hellenic Senior Living assisted living communities.

• Maintain a clean and orderly housing property and perform janitorial duties as necessary.
• Make repairs as necessary, ensuring all systems and equipment are in good working order.
• Inspect the property routinely and evaluate the physical condition.

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial, or grounds keeping experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance crafts, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting, and HVAC a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel for training as necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to be flexible and receptive to a diverse population.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
