As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for shuttling customer vehicles, prepping vehicles for calibration, and performing a variety of tasks to create an efficient and productive shop environment.

• Operations (60%) – shuttle customer vehicles to and from the calibration center safely; prepare vehicles, fuel, tires, etc.; support technicians with operational needs; perform ADAS verification tests.
• Customer Engagement (20%) – professionally engage with customers, answer basic questions, provide status updates, and address concerns.
• Administration (20%) – maintain supplies, office, and shop; clean office and shop; prepare and transmit calibration quotes and invoices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy. Automotive experience a plus.

Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location and may include commission, bonus, or profit sharing.
