Facilities Maintenance Technician (Janitorial)
Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st Shift, Full Time, Year-Round
Hourly Rate: $17.50-$19.50
Location: serving Novi Community School District - Novi, MI (non-driving)
Job Responsibilities- Climbing ladders for maintenance tasks
- Lawn care and snow removal as needed
- Ceiling tile and light fixture replacement
- Basic painting and drywall repair skills
- HVAC system upkeep including filter changes and motor maintenance
- General equipment maintenance and repair
- Routine housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks
- Uniforms provided at no cost
