Custodian

Monday - Friday | 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional corporate headquarters facility in the Novi area near the I-275 and 9 Mile Road corridor.

This is a solo cleaning position. The Custodian will work independently in the building and will be responsible for completing the full cleaning routine each evening. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and comfortable working alone while maintaining consistent cleaning standards in a professional office environment.

• Complete full custodial cleaning duties throughout the facility
• Clean offices, entrances, hallways, common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain overall facility appearance
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the building
• Restock supplies and report facility concerns as needed
• Use an automatic floor scrubber on a monthly basis as assigned
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working alone in the building during evening hours
• Ability to work independently and complete a full cleaning routine
• Experience using an automatic floor scrubber preferred, but not required
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a professional corporate office environment
