Weekly Pay – Immediate Hiring
Responsibilities- Climbing ladders for maintenance tasks
- Lawn care and snow removal as needed
- Ceiling tile and light fixture replacement
- Basic painting and drywall repair skills
- HVAC system upkeep including filter changes and motor maintenance
- General equipment maintenance and repair
- Routine housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks
