General Laborer-Cleaner

General Laborer - Novi, Michigan
Contract assignment through Nov. 2026
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Duties of the General Laborer:
The utility position will cover all the normal responsibilities of a cleaner (below) with the additional expectation of operating a ride-along floor scrubber for at least 4-6 hours per shift. This includes operating the machine throughout the facility and cleaning it in the wash bay after every use.

Duties required are as follows but not limited to within reason and management instruction

• Cleaning of restrooms, spills following safe practice procedures, high and low traffic areas, and office spaces
• Wiping all glass windows and doors when required
• Trash removal and compacting throughout site operational areas
• Box break down when required
• Sweeps, Mops, vacuums
• Must Have:
• Must have experience operating Zamboni-style or ride-along floor scrubber machines
• Must be committed to the work as described
• Must be available for weekend work when needed
• Must have evidence past cleaning experience
  -preferably in manufacturing, hospital or school setting shown in resume

A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
