Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at an automotive office facility near the Cabot Drive and West 12 Mile Road corridor in Novi. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and takes pride in keeping professional spaces clean and well maintained.

This role focuses primarily on dusting, wiping surfaces, and other custodial duties throughout assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces
• Wipe and clean desks, counters, tables, and shared surfaces
• Clean high-touch areas and other assigned surfaces
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance throughout assigned areas
• Follow established cleaning and safety procedures

Requirements

• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Ability to follow facility safety and security requirements

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour
