Part Time Custodian - Recreation Event Staff

Position Overview

City of O'Fallon, MO is looking to hire a dependable and customer service‑oriented Part‑Time Custodian for our Event Staff team. This role requires evening and weekend hours, with an expected pay range of $18.25 hourly.

• Ensuring the facility is clean and prepared for rental use
• Greeting renters and remaining at the facility during rentals to assist guests with needs and questions related to the rental
• Performing general daily custodial duties to ensure our facilities are clean, functional, safe and sanitary
• Completing building inspections before and after rentals and on a weekly basis
• Reporting maintenance issues, inventory counts, supply needs, rental issues and other matters to supervisor
• Maintaining the security of the park facilities and patrons in the building during events, securing all buildings following events

• Ability to perform tasks while intermittently sitting, standing, stooping, bending or crouching
• Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of Missouri
