Position Overview
Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon is seeking a Full‑Time Maintenance Technician/Floor Care Technician for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will ensure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
ResponsibilitiesThis individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Responsibilities include painting, drywall repair, light electrical, and plumbing systems work, and ensuring knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Shift Availability- Full‑Time Evening shift (10:30 am – 7:00 pm)
High School Diploma or GED. A year of experience is preferred. Experience in painting, drywall repair, light electrical, and plumbing systems and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is required.
