Garden Villas of O'Fallon is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for day shifts at our assisted living and retirement community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair facility grounds, buildings, and equipment.
- Ensure cleaning, safety, and comfort of the environment.
- Work day shifts from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, including weekend and holiday rotations.
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class C with Passenger Endorsement preferred.
- Experience in maintenance/repair work in a residential or assisted living setting.
