Watco in Wisconsin is seeking a rail car technician to work 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Pay is $25.00 per hour. You will inspect, maintain and repair rail cars under FRA and AAR regulations, re-rail cars, estimate derailment damages, and prepare billing repair cards.
A valid driver’s license and HS diploma/GED are required, plus a 5F welding qualification. Expect to read blueprints, operate cranes and forklifts, and work with other departments during derailment
