Maintenance Technician – AM Shift | $81,120–$87,360/year | Permanent Role

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Oak Creek, WI. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining high-speed manufacturing systems, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational excellence.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
• Diagnose issues with robotic and PLC-controlled equipment
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation through CMMS systems

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of PLC diagnostics, VFDs, motors, pumps, gears, and safety systems
• Familiarity with Siemens or Allen Bradley controls preferred
• Experience with TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, and CMMS systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
