Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000/year

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team and drive equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be a key resource and decision-maker for maintenance operations, helping to strengthen team capabilities, improve maintenance strategies, reduce downtime, and support the success of a modern production facility.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team’s technical and functional capabilities
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance
• Increase production reliability by reducing equipment downtime
• Oversee MRO inventory management, planning, and maintenance processes
• Partner with operations and other departments to achieve business goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory experience
• Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Availability to support night shift and occasional weekend needs
