Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance

Thrive Foods, part of Thrive Market's mission-driven retail operation, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee facility and equipment reliability in our distribution environment. You will lead a small maintenance team, coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, and respond to breakdowns to keep warehouse, refrigeration, and packaging systems running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, managing vendors, maintaining spare parts and work order records, and enforcing safety and GMP standards.

You'll partner with Operations to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, values-driven setting.
