Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and material handling industry, is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech to join their team. As a Mech & Robotics Tech, you will be part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting our client in Oak Creek, WI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:Oak Creek, WI
Pay Range:$27.32/hr.
What's the Job?
- Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines with accurate documentation to ensure equipment reliability.
- Mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- At least 1 year of experience with PC competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
