• Keep our corporate office spotless and welcoming — workstations, conference rooms, hallways, lobbies, and entryways that reflect the pride we take in our work
• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily and keep them fully stocked with paper products, soap, and supplies
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and mats; sweep, mop, and spot‑clean hard‑surface floors throughout the building
• Refresh break rooms and kitchen areas — counters, sinks, tables, appliance exteriors, and high‑touch spots like door handles, light switches, and railings
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the office, replace liners, and get waste to the designated dumpsters
• Keep interior glass, doors, and reception areas sharp and presentable for employees and visitors
• Own the supply closet — track cleaning inventory, flag the Facilities Manager when we're running low, and keep equipment clean and organized
• Be our eyes and ears — report spills, safety hazards, maintenance issues, and damaged fixtures right away, and follow all safety and product‑handling guidelines

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-driven pro who takes pride in a job well done and notices what needs attention before anyone has to ask.

• 1+ year of commercial, office, or janitorial cleaning experience (high school diploma or equivalent preferred)
• Working knowledge of standard cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment — vacuums, mops, and floor‑care tools — and the ability to safely follow product labels and instructions
• A self‑starter who works independently, manages time well, and knocks out a daily cleaning routine with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record — the team counts on you being here every day
• Friendly, professional, and respectful of coworkers' work spaces, confidentiality, and personal property
• Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching, and able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50)

• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices, safety data sheets (SDS), and proper chemical handling and storage
