Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
  • Take and evaluate digital X-rays.
  • Perform periodontal charting and assess patients' oral health needs.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
  • Review medical histories and discuss treatment recommendations with patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory.
  • Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Deliver a positive, compassionate patient experience at every visit.
Requirements
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule

Full-Time

  • Monday through Friday
  • Typical schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • A couple of Saturdays per month as part of the rotating schedule
