Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist RDH to join our team full time The ideal candidate is patient focused detail oriented and passionate about preventive care patient education and building lasting relationships with patients
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional hygiene care including prophylaxis scaling and root planing and periodontal maintenance
- Take and evaluate digital X rays
- Perform periodontal charting and assess patients oral health needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Review medical histories and discuss treatment recommendations with patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient operatory
- Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to ensure excellent patient care
- Deliver a positive compassionate patient experience at every visit
- Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist RDH license
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Full Time Monday through Friday Typical schedule of 900 AM 500 PM or 1000 AM 600 PMA couple of Saturdays per month as part of the rotating schedule
