Our clients are seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in a dynamic educational setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting teachers and helping students reach their full potential both academically and socially. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and passionate about working with children of diverse learning needs.

Schools are located in Oak Forest and surrounding areas.

• Provide classroom support under the direction of the lead teacher
• Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities
• Support students with behavioral management and social development
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision (e.g., lunch, recess)
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus
• Minimum education requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent (associates or higher preferred)

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioural‑health
