Qualifications and Desired Experience
  • Licensed or certified as a school psychologist
  • Previous experience in elementary school settings (grades 1-5 preferred)
  • Strong background in conducting comprehensive student evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Skilled at administering assessments, interpreting results, and writing detailed psychological reports
  • Confident and prepared to lead initial and re-evaluation meetings with school teams and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students in need of services
  • Lead meetings by sharing findings, collaborating with staff, and helping guide educational planning
  • Administer cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments and synthesize findings
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports and provide recommendations for interventions or supports
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and parents, offering expert insight on student development and needs
