School Psychologist – Anticipated for 2026‑2027 School Year
Current Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License).
Certification & Endorsements- School Psychologist endorsement
Elementary (Grades 1‑5).
- Familiar with a variety of testing instruments.
- Preferred: ADOS training.
- Strong background in RTI required.
- Fluent with IEP reporting and processing.
All new employees will be hired on a probationary basis for one (1) calendar year. Benefits effective from the first day of employment; dental and vision benefits effective on the first day of the following month.
Sick Leave Days by Years of Service- 0‑9 years: 13 days
- 10‑15 years: 14 days
- 16‑20 years: 15 days
- 21+ years: 16 days
- Health insurance: premiums split 70% (Board) / 30% (employee). Board contributes COBRA premiums for employees not returning.
- Dental insurance: employee pays 100% of the annual premium.
- Vision insurance: employee pays 100% of the monthly premium.
- Life insurance: $20,000 term life insurance for full‑time employees.
- Tuition reimbursement: see Section 12.1 of the FREA agreement.
- Accrued sick leave: unlimited; unused personal business leave days added to sick leave.
- Retirement benefit: upon retirement (≥10 years, age 55+), $30 per unused accumulated sick leave day, up to 100 days.
