Substitute Teacher Requirements:
For day-to-day Substitute Teachers, must have a Current State of Illinois Substitute Teacher (SUB) License or Professional Educator License (PEL). For Long-Term/FMLA Leave Substitute Teachers, must hold a Current State of Illinois PEL. Substitute Teacher Pay Rates: $160 daily rate. Long-term Substitute Rate - calculated at BA + 0 on the current Teacher's Union Salary Schedule. Bonus: $750 after 75 full days worked.
