• Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent.

• Oversee agent performance and help drive production growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing Act guidelines, and state real estate regulations.
• Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and agent success.
• Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives and retention strategies.
• Track performance and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting.

• Active Managing Broker License (Illinois and/or Indiana).
• 3–5+ years as a successful, actively producing agent and/or broker leader.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire agents.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who lifts the room.
