Madison Street Search has partnered with a large, privately held global industrial manufacturing company to identify a Director of Commercial Finance & Strategy to join its commercial leadership team. This person will serve as a strategic business partner to the Chief Sales Officer and VP of Finance. This is a high-visibility role, guiding a team of experienced managers across pricing strategy, distribution/partner incentive programs, sales forecasting, and financial reporting for a major regional business unit.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• MBA, preferred
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong background in commercial operations, pricing strategy, channel strategy, demand shaping, distribution incentive programs
• Experience in forecasting, sales reporting, P&L ownership
• 5+ years of proven people leadership
• Industrial Manufacturing industry background preferred
• Base salary plus bonus
