The Outreach Executive (OE) reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for developing relationships with key businesses and organizations within their assigned territory to create patient acquisition opportunities. The OE also engages prospective patients, introduces Oak Street Health, and guides them through the new patient journey.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve patient acquisition targets.
- Generate leads by prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships throughout the community.
- Nurture prospective patients and prospects for new patients via email, phone, and networking.
- Master internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness.
- Plan 3-6 months in advance and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Prospect, engage, and create new trusting relationships with local businesses within an assigned territory, at multiple levels, including employees, key contacts, managers, and business leaders.
- Develop collaborative partnerships and manage an account book of 40+ community and business partners.
- Create and manage an account development plan and report on results.
- Capture and record customer information and sales activity data into CRM and business systems.
- Develop sales plans that organize efforts around the business development cycle.
- Sales or account management experience preferred.
- Degree from a 2- or 4‑year institution preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation required.
- Ability to use email and computer reporting tools;
Salesforce experience preferred. - Healthcare knowledge a plus.
- Passion for sales and drive to succeed.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence the right people.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious, and able to control own income.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
- Team player and contributor to overall team effectiveness.

Hourly rate: $18.50 – $31.72. Compensation may also include bonuses, commissions, or short‑term incentive programs. Base pay depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
