Performs custodial duties inside and outside buildings including trash removal, sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, washing walls and windows, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens;
Cleans lobbies, passageways, stairwells, laundry rooms, public bathrooms, and other common use areas;
Loads, unloads, and relocates heavy items using carts, dollies, hand trucks, or similar devices;
Performs deep cleaning such as defrosting refrigerators/freezers, cleaning windows, moving furniture, carpet cleaning, and related tasks;
Assists management with the facility's inventory control program
