Weekend Supervisor
The Weekend Building Supervisor position handles a wide range of tasks including customer service, assisting with maintenance duties and the front desk, and on-site supervision of shows, expos, tournaments, and rentals. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications- Must be 21 or older.
- Basic computer skills required and ability to learn Rec Trac 3.1.
- Ability to work independently, excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational habits.
- Valid driver’s license.

Essential Functions- Oversee facility rentals, including helping guests to appropriate rooms, setup, clean up, and monitoring parties and rentals.
- Assist with conflict resolution.
- Support staff for part-time recreation, front desk, and maintenance staff; assist front desk during high traffic periods with registrations, daily visits, customer service and memberships.
- Occasional visits to two satellite facilities to assist with rentals and possibly cleaning.
- Provide onsite supervision of small trade shows, expos, and tournaments.
- Ensure patrons follow code of conduct/rules and respond to scheduling, rentals, customer service, maintenance or other issues.
- Communicate issues with program supervisors during weekend programs.
- Be able to go up on the catwalk and assist with electric drops for special events.
12-16 hours per week. Must work Saturday and Sunday between 10 AM–8 PM. Hours can be somewhat flexible depending on employee needs and facility needs.
Marginal Functions- Observe and enforce practical safety rules, regulations and procedures.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Work closely with co-workers.
- Work well with the general public.
- Work indoors and outdoors on occasion in weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, and rain).
- Indoor environmental conditions include lighting and temperature.
- Ability to read, write, and organize materials.
- Follow directions—both oral and written.
