Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position Overview

Full Time Teller – Retail Branch Banking, Oak Lawn Branch, Dallas, TX. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. This in‑office role focuses on delivering personalized customer service and fostering a collaborative culture. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas for this position.

Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and building loyalty.

• Process customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers on banking alternatives and product options.
• Identify banking opportunities during conversations and refer to appropriate staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby to promote PNC products that meet their needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
• Maintain teller and branch daily operations and transaction integrity.

• Customer Focused – Align customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions.
• Managing Risk – Assess and manage risks in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• No specific degree required; high school diploma, GED, or comparable education/experience may be considered.
