Our agency has been proudly serving the community for 19 years, continuing a family legacy that began when my grandfather opened the agency in 1955. With a team of 4, we focus on creating a professional, growth‑oriented environment where everyone is supported in reaching their goals – both personal and professional.

Role

Description:

As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Bryan Kovach – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
