Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience! Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and warm greeting
  • Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles
  • Provide directions to guests
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Driving Record: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience
    -License must be continuous:
    Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years are not allowed.
    No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
    No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
    No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
  • Professionalism:
    Positive teamwork mindset, great communication skills, and a clean‑cut appearance
  • Compliance:
    Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company’s motor‑vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon a successful background check in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift
  • Tolerance for inclement weather
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time
  • Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
