Tech9 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support field service operations and deliver quality service to clients from our Burr Ridge, IL headquarters. You will schedule calls, maintain client communications, and ensure data integrity in our service systems.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service or billing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a team. Proficiency in E-Automate, ACT, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
