60 semester hours;
Teacher assistant approval letter from Illinois State Board of Education

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Day-to-day student case management
* Attend 504 meetings
* Assist in the provision of accommodations
* Meet with Counselors and Assessment Specialists regarding specific student needs
* Get weekly grade reports and consult with teachers and the additional 504 team members
