This position is open for the entire market, and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may then move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home.

• Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
• Drive the client experience.
• Manage cash responsibilities.
• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Have deep conversations with clients to gain insight into their financial priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.
• At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• At least six months of cash‑handling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate degree (e.g., business management, administration, finance).

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
