Responsibilities- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
- Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships.

- Efficiently manages time and capacity, focusing on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑related associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Work ScheduleShift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.
CompensationPay range: $25.00 – $26.77 hourly; base salary with no incentive eligibility.
