Position: Relationship Banker - Bilingual Spanish Required

Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

  • Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.
  • One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or business‑related associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Minimum Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Work Schedule

Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.

Compensation

Pay range: $25.00 – $26.77 hourly; base salary with no incentive eligibility.
