Job Description

Bank of America, an equal‑opportunity employer, seeks a Customer Service representative to engage clients in the lobby and provide assistance with self‑service transactions (mobile banking, online banking, ATM). This role is open for the entire market, with the specific financial center location determined by business needs.

• Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
• Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

• Capability to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at any financial center within a reasonable distance.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, or finance).

• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
• Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
• Hours per week: 40.
• Pay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, base salary only.
