General Information
Beds: 2 CT Outpatient rooms; 5 CT Inpatient rooms
Will you accept a traveler with 1 year experience? No, 2 years
Will you accept a first-time traveler? No

Patient Types:
Adults and peds (peds preferred – usually traumas): stroke, CTA, biopsies (needle, bone marrow), drains, calcium scoring, cardiac, abdomen, pelvis, head, chest, extremities, general anatomy
Level 1 Trauma patients

Patient Ratios:
1:1

Required Certifications:
BLS, ARRT, IEMA (IL license)

Skills required

Required:

experience with the above patient types, level 1 trauma experience, EPIC
Preferred: IV starts

Support on the Unit:
RT: 24/7
Hospitalist: 24/7
Code Blue/Rapid Response Team

Charting System:
EPIC – experience required
Equipment:
Client & Phillips

Floating:
Inpatient imaging center
Mid-shift floating is possible

Orientation:
1 week of orientation on day shift to learn the flow

Scheduling:
Weekend rotation:
Every 3rd weekend Night Shift 7pm-7am
Schedule comes out every 4 weeks
Holiday Expectations: coverage required, based on needs
Approval of time off? To go through manager
