PositionAdvocate Christ Medical Center is seeking full‑time Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners to join our (CVTU). This dynamic team operates under a 24/7 staffing model that integrates Intensivists and APRNs to provide expert care for high‑acuity patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex cases such as Heart Failure
- Managing LVAD patient care
- Coordinating care for Thoracic Surgery patients
- Providing support for Pulmonary Hypertension patients
- Managing Post‑Cardiac Arrest care
- Managing Post‑Cath Lab patients
